How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For custom 'made-to-order' pieces, please allow 2-4 weeks for production and delivery.
Will your jewelry turn my skin green?
No. We use high-quality PVD plating and precious metal bases that are hypoallergenic and lead-free to ensure no skin irritation or discoloration.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for all standard items in original condition. Please note that custom-designed pieces and earrings are final sale due to hygiene and manufacturing specifications.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every ICED OUT purchase comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects or stone fallout. This does not cover accidental damage or tarnishing due to improper care.
How should I maintain my jewelry?
To maintain shine, keep your jewelry away from water, perfumes, and sweat. Clean gently with a soft microfiber cloth after each wear and store it in the provided pouch.
